At Brindle Pet Supplies, we want you and your pet to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
